My husband and I are very pleased with everything that Denny's is . Everyone that works there is like family . Dominic ,Mandy Sam are very wonderful to work with if we have any questions. Justin and everyone dealing with parts and sales are very easy to talk to to.we love coming in to see what's new and to just visit with everyone.

I must admit I got a little worried, after reading someone's post which mention their experience with Denney's HD. I just couldn't believe it after the way I was treated when first meeting John. It was like who is this individual talkin about? Maybe if was from an earlier time at Denney's HD with different person's involved.
I can only say it sure didn't sound like anyone I meet there, John, Justin, Sean ect.

My feeling towards the folks a this dealership is nothing short of excellent.
I feel that they all did a good job for me, and I will support this dealership when ever possible, for myself and the new FLHSE6 which is my new ride after 20+ yrs.

The guys at Denny's Harley in Springfield, Mo are the best they helped me and my wife pickout the best bike for me. When it came time for us to purchase the bike , my wife contated them and Jeff the saleman was very helpful to her and the owner of the store helped her with the paper work she purchased the bike , without me knowing and gave it to me on my 43rd birthday. I was in total shock , cause she told me and i quote " I will buy you one on your 45th birthday " Wahat a gift that I can't top ever . It was the best gift ever! My hats off to the staff of Denny's Harley Davidson.

My name is Dan. Anyway, over the years it's been my experience that people are quick to call with complains, founded or bogus but seldom with praise for a job well done. The epitaph is a poor place to reward those people seeking perfection by which you are the benefactor of their labors. I needed the forks rebuilt on my Buell. I told the parts people what I knew I needed and they told me the item that needed to be ordered. This is where most businesses start having problems, you know what I mean, wrong parts, bad communications, long availability times and so forth. I settled back for a long winters nap when to my dismay I get a call from Brian to inform me when I can expect my parts. He also informs me that he has gone thru the order with input from the service department and they feel like some incidental parts would insure a complete refreshing of the forks. I really felt special that the parts manager was taking a personal interest in my best concern so I thought I'll really test him. I ask if I could just bring the forks in by themselves, if so how much labor, could they be turned around in one day, could I furnish my own fork oil? Without hesitation, he said I'll get right back with you and I thought............sure you will. Well, in a very timely manner, he call back and said bring the forks in, gave me a very fair labor quote from service and verified I could furnish my own fork oil. Brian must have excellent communications with the service department because he handled the whole thing and I felt like he was my personal representative. To top that off, my appointment was on a Saturday, he told me if I could get the forks in a couple days early he would watch for a window of opportunity and sure enough, I picked my forks up on Friday afternoon, a day early. With a professional service department I had all the right parts allowing them to complete the joy seamlessly in a window of opportunity a day early. It just doesn't get better than that and you can be sure that when I talk to people on the street I'll report the facts on Denney's desire for good customer relations. I appreciate your hospitality.

I talked with John in sales and via email, he is knowledgeable and very professional. I decided to trailer my bike the 170 miles to the dealership and I,m proud I did. The staff at Denny's are very professional and gave us courtesy that we had not recieved elswhere. I have recommended Denny's to the friends that I ride with along with others that I meet. They are the very best.

I have been a customer at Denney's since I began riding. Over the years, my experience with everyone at the dealership, from parts, service and clothing has been extremely satisfying. The staff at Denney's are honest, helpful, professional and very friendly. As a woman rider, I am treated as an individual and with respect. Over the past year, I made several changes to my bike totaling several thousand dollars. The quote I was given prior to finalizing/authorizing the work was itemized and included a printed breakdown of part and labor charges. I scheduled the upgrades to my bike during a time I when I was out of town. While away, Brian, the parts manager called on two occasions to "update" me on how things were going and to ask specific questions to make sure they understood how I wanted my set up. I have never received this type of service where the staff went above and beyond to insure complete customer satisfaction.
